The McGirls Academy has been established to create a clear and accessible pathway into the financial services industry. Working closely with schools and universities, the academy is dedicated to nurturing young talent, providing guidance, training, and real-world insight into the profession. We have already presented at local schools and facilitated work experience opportunities, helping students gain valuable exposure to the industry. Our goal is to inspire the next generation of financial advisors and equip them with the skills and confidence needed to build successful careers.
OUR ACADEMY MEMBERS
The two members of the McGirls Academy are already making strong progress on their training and qualification journey, balancing their studies alongside their day-to-day roles as administrators supporting advisors. Carmelo has already visited Openwork HQ to begin his qualification pathway, while Jordan has played a key role in driving improvements with our CRM provider, Smarter365. Together, they have helped implement enhanced case tracking systems, gaining valuable hands-on experience across the business. Their dedication and initiative highlight the academy’s commitment to developing talent from within, and both are showing great promise for the future.
